wakokoro.eco” is a brand that offers items that are lightweight despite being made of paper and surprisingly strong despite being made of paper, by carefully hand-woven Japanese paper tapes blended with recycled paper depending on the color, using almost no glue.
The designs and colors pay homage to traditional Japanese patterns and colors, and the products incorporating traditional Japanese crafts are loved not only in Japan but also around the world.
We commission the production of parts to an organization that supports young people who are seeking ways to engage with society for various reasons.
We hope you will like our philosophy and products, which aim to create products that are kind to people and things.
